Craftshop Orlando is an event venue and party planning committee of one (me, Hi, I'm Caro!).
We like to do vision boards and other creative things with friends and fellow community members (while caring about our planet too). Our events have a vibe that feels inclusive, kind, thoughtful and authentic.
The bungalow is located in SODO Orlando, Florida near 903 Mills Market. Follow us on Instagram for the most up-to-date news on events and partnerships.

God is real - but it looks and feels differently for every being on this earth. human or fuzzy baby animal. You and I do not have to agree what God is - for us to agree that life is magical and it deserves to stay as magical as possible - free. Freedom from oppression. Freedom of movement. and The Separate of Church and Mother-F'ing State.
I don't care where we gather to resist, to craft, to create flags, but time for all the girl scouts of the 1990s to get together!
Read the Universal Declaration of Human Rights
Everyone deserves kindness and respect. We believe we all have the universal human right to love, to chosen family, to speak up and feel heard. I also feel everyone needs to put in effort into supporting small, local business to foster strong communities.
Craftshop's aim is to keep the vibes high and good times rolling while healing in community. Join an event or book a private party.
Whenever you shop, or can make a decision about your money, shop local and shop small as much as possible. Especially immigrant owned, female owned and ethical businesses.
That's just how we choose to show love. Where you shop is showing who you align with. Period.

Total lunatic from day one, I have been a feral child since the '80s.
My goal is to drive positive community impact through the creation of third spaces that serve the common, universal human need for connection, creativity and curiosity.
Why? Because this is where kindness lives. And kindness can change so much and costs so little.
A kinder world is a safer world.

Craftshop vibes are whatever Amy Poehler is up to. I often think I can become President of the United States because Leslie Knope did.
When I was a kid, I told everyone I wanted to be a ballerina, then dolphin trainer then President of the United States.
My love for crafting, kindness, camp and female empowerment make Leslie Knope the perfect Craftshop icon.
Overies before brovaries.

My second favorite thing after vision board parties with the girls is gifting items I thrifted and put together in a central theme, collected over time like the items were waiting for each other.
Secondhand gifting is thoughtful and difficult, unless you live for the hunt, like I do.

Craftshop is a messy and chaotic, yet wholesome and calming place for campers who want to take a break from swimming, boating or sports field. Children check out supplies, have a cubby to store their work, and join in group creations during guided classes.

I believe women need to go into the woods more often and plot a massive takeover. When women are in power, we preach:
We Welcome
All Religions
All Genders
All Races
All Languages
All Sizes
All Sexual Orientations
All Nations of Origin
All Abilities

Right now I'm celebrating the biggest win after having my son, which is hosting events and creating community from my home. Art is a catalyst for change and kindness is free and should our core human trait.

Over the past few years, I've tried different techniques to heal myself from past trauma and find peace with the world. Marijuana came after I tried different depression and anxiety meds which I only started taking in my early 30s at my breaking point.
In my late 30s I tried THC and I haven't looked back. It's like I've been unlocked. Then my friend introduced me to energy work. Since then I've been chronicling my life on camera and I hope to turn the reflection in to my first novel.

My professional background is in marketing: creative, brand and digital. I study audiences and products in detail and get obsessed with the customer journey. I like building something from the ground up. Learning and adjusting strategies get me up in the morning.

I am applying my marketing that I have sponged-up working for a swimwear brand, manufacturer, retailer and then hospitality giants Universal Orlando and Travel + Leisure Co.

I completely burnt out working in the Timeshare industry - It didn't suit my soul. Mea Culpa. I thought I could change it. It's not changing. Next!
What helped me come back to life was the support of my friends, and art. Connecting to my childhood self and the places that made me feel safe.
I'm going to help you get the friends together. No
